Better U : Go from Surviving to Thriving

Many of us move through life dodging obstacles so we can keep our head above the water. But what happens when you feel like it’s getting harder to keep swimming? What happens when you start to experience burnout? In this discussion, you will learn about the connection between stress, burnout and low moods. Participants will also better understand how to recognize the signs of stress and workplace burnout within themselves and others. More importantly, participants will better understand how to prevent and manage the various components that can help one go from surviving to thriving during difficult times.
