Francine Vachon works as a Senior Manager of Tenant Support with Ottawa Community Housing. She has been with OCH since 2011 and, in her current role, is most proud of the amazing work that is accomplished through collaborative and collective efforts to impact positive social change.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master’s degree in Leadership, and she is currently on a journey as a PhD candidate. Francine enjoys nature, playdates with her grandchildren, and traveling.
