Ryan Collins-Swartz is the Co-Executive Director of Tapestry Community Capital, a not-for-profit cooperative that supports organizations in raising impact investment through community bonds—rapidly growing as a financing solution for affordable housing, renewable energy, and social purpose real estate projects. Tapestry has supported a growing network of non-market housing providers across Canada to preserve and develop homes by engaging local community members as investors. Ryan also co-leads the Weave Community Capital Fund, which provides matching investments into community bond campaigns, accelerating access to capital and institutional participation. His work bridges finance and community development to build more equitable, community-led economies.
