Ainsley Chapman is the Executive Director of Evangel Hall Mission (EHM), a housing agency that provides safe homes in downtown Toronto. She brings over 20 years of experience leading projects and programs in the areas of health, community development, and housing.

Her experience is in organizational change and growth, and has led initiatives to create new services, restructured and stabilized struggling agencies, and has managed mergers and amalgamations. She has been supporting the Presbyterian Church in Canada in its efforts to transform underutilized land and buildings into social housing.

Ainsley has a MA in Sociology, is a Certified Association Executive (CSAE) and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). She is currently completing a certificate in Sustainable Planning and Development.
