Having earned Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Columbia University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, Alexis is well qualified to manage Daniels’ affordable housing initiatives, which include partnerships with and turnkey developments for non-profit organizations as well as headleases for units integrated within market rental buildings.

In addition to her work on affordable housing projects, Alexis manages a portfolio of market condominium and rental projects from acquisition through to construction completion. Passionate about city building and creating dynamic and inclusive communities, Alexis uses creative approaches when working with all stakeholders involved in the development process.
