As Senior Manager of Conservation and Sustainability, Dan Dicaire P.Eng focuses on GHG reduction planning, high-performance building development and sustainability.

Over the past 13 years, his team has coordinated the installation of over 625 kW of solar arrays on 37 different sites and managed $10M lighting and plumbing retrofits that save over 4.6 GWh and over $50M cumulatively.

Dan led Canada’s first Net-Zero Panelized Deep Energy Retrofit at 197 Presland and is now working to implement those lessons learned into the broader capital plan as well as support OCH’s development team to produce high performance low-carbon new developments (including Ontario’s first Mixed-use Passive House (1290 Coldrey) and Canada’s largest Passive House building (811 Gladstone 2021-2022)).
