David has 20 years of experience in procurement including teaching, consulting and management roles with government, for-profit and non-profit organizations of all sizes. He specializes in areas related to facility maintenance and asset management.

Through RTPS, David co-founded several group Purchasing Programs, all dedicated to supporting improved purchasing among networks of non-profit organizations. David has degrees in engineering and business and lives with his family near Hamilton, ON.
