Deanna Veltri is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Public Sector Transformation team based in Toronto, and leads the Canadian Housing Impact Practice Network at the firm. She brings over ten years of experience in Canada’s public, private and non-profit sectors. The bulk of Deanna’s career has focused on Canada’s housing market: working within and on behalf of government, the development industry, and community housing non-profits to enable growth, create better housing policy and keep Canadians housed. She worked as a business improvement leader at Toronto Community Housing Corporation for five years, and since becoming a consultant has worked across Canada to design and implement better housing policy and programs. Her work in housing acted as natural conduit to collaborate with a range of policy areas and sectors including projects with clients in transportation, education, indigenous affairs, municipal affairs, and employment services.
