Emmy Kelly is COO at Blue Door, where she has led a 400% expansion in the organization’s services for those facing homelessness and poverty. With over 16 years in poverty alleviation and non-profit leadership, Emmy integrates visionary ideas into sustainable operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and founded Construct, a trades-based employment social enterprise serving York, Durham, and Peel. Emmy mentors at the University of Toronto’s School of Cities and volunteers on the boards of ONPHA and the Daily Bread Food Bank, championing justice and poverty reduction.
