Jane Kuchma is the Executive Director of Richview Residence for Seniors in Toronto. She is also a Board Member with St. Matthew’s Bracondale House, a provider of housing for both seniors and families as well as the site of a Seniors Active Living Centre.

Jane believes that beyond the critical factors of having sufficient financial resources and a competent and caring staff for healthy and safe buildings, the best resource for improving the living environment for our tenants is the tenants themselves. It is the tenants’ experience of each other that contributes to how tenants think and feel about themselves and where they live and, ultimately, to a sense of community and belonging.
