Larry Greer is Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Canadian Apartment Properties REIT (CAPREIT) and has more than 30 years of finance and tax experience in public accounting and industry. Larry leads the Environmental, Social and Governance, Government Relations and Taxation teams at CAPREIT. Larry is a Board Member of the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario, and serves as the Chair of Spirit North, a charitable organization that leads land-based activities to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous youth. Larry holds a Commerce degree from Queen’s University and is a CPA.
