Marcel Greaux
Marcel Greaux is a city-builder and innovator with over 18 years in real estate development and financing. He provides planning, development management, and financing consultancy to nonprofit and private sector initiatives via Planexa. Previously, he founded Garrison Alternative Asset Management, specializing in developing, investing, and managing missing middle properties and mortgage funds. Marcel is a sought-after speaker, recognized for his expertise at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology. He is active in the Urban Land Institute (TAP), Black Opportunity Fund, and was a jury member for CMHC’s Housing Challenge. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Technology from Toronto Metropolitan University and lives in Toronto with his family.
