Sherry Larjani is the founder of Spotlight Development Inc., which specializes in traditional condo and affordable housing projects. She is currently spearheading “The Inclusive,” an innovative affordable housing initiative offering wrap-around services including 24-hour daycare, clothing, and food retailers. The Inclusive is collecting non-profit partners and is currently working with Habitat for Humanity, WoodGreen Community Services, and the BlackNorth Initiative. Sherry also co-created “Reina,” Canada’s first all-female development, raising awareness of gender inequality in real estate. She has won several BILD awards and has been featured in Oprah’s magazine and The New York Times, reflecting her impact on inclusive and sustainable urban development.
