As CEO of Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation (TSHC), Tom oversees the delivery of essential housing to about 15,000 seniors across 83 buildings in Toronto. Under Tom’s leadership, TSHC has implemented strategies informed by tenants, staff, and community partners to help senior tenants remain in their homes to age with dignity and comfort.

His previous work in long-term care and as the former CEO of CityHousing Hamilton, gives Tom a deep understanding of what is needed to deliver housing services to tenants with increasingly complex needs. Tom is passionate about listening to learn.
