For tenants with complex needs, building design can set them up for success or create ongoing challenges. In this session, supportive housing sector leader Homes First shares their frontline experience designing and operating housing for tenants with complex needs. Learn more.

• Building More, Building Smarter: Unlocking Scalable Housing Solutions – Canada is facing a major housing challenge. To close the gap between supply and affordability, we’ll need to nearly double the number of homes built each year, according to CMHC.
