Visit Toronto’s waterfront to explore Limberlost Place, George Brown Polytechnic’s School of Architectural Technology. This landmark tall timber building serves as a living laboratory for sustainable institutional design and was the first project in Toronto to achieve Toronto Green Standards Tier 4.
Then, visit WoodGreen Community Services’ innovative affordable seniors’ housing project (currently under construction) in the Danforth neighbourhood, where a historic church façade has been retained and integrated with new mass timber construction.
