Unfortunately, this year‘s conference will not be available virtually. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Pricing & Registration
To register: Login to your ONPHA account. Select “Register Myself”. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to submit your payment details.
Yes. To register someone else, follow these steps: Login to your ONPHA account. Select “Register Someone Else”. If you are registering more than one person and you do not see the name on your selection list please email membership@onpha.org. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to submit your payment details.
Payment is due immediately upon registration. See more details below based on your registration period.
Super Saver: Cheques or payments must be received by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 or you’ll be billed the applicable rate.
Early Bird: Cheques or payments must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025 or you’ll be billed the full rate.
All Other Registrations: Cheques or payments must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 or your registration will be cancelled.
No, conference registrations are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you have until midnight on October 9, 2025, to transfer your ticket to someone else. To request a transfer, please contact us at conference@onpha.org.
If payment has already been made, it will be transferred to the new registrant’s record. The original ticket holder must arrange with the transferee to receive the payment.
If the original registration has not been paid by the time of transfer, a revised invoice will be sent to the new registrant and payment is due immediately.
3. Travel & Accommodation
All on-site hotel conference meals are included in the ticket price. The food and beverage provided will include daily breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch and specialty events such as the welcome reception as identified in the program.
No. You are responsible to arrange for your own travel and accommodation.
4. Event Logistics
ONPHA is committed to keeping your information secure. We will not share your information with any third parties.
All sessions will take place in Eastern Standard Time.
Each in-person Conference ticket is to be used only by the person it is registered under, it is non-transferable among the different days of Conference. All people interested in attending the Conference in person must register separately.
