Adrienne Pacini is a Partner at SHS Inc. Adrienne spends her time facilitating strategic conversations to advance systems transformation in the housing, homelessness, and human services sectors. With over a decade of experience, she has co-authored dozens of research papers and strategies for governments, non-profit housing providers, and community agencies across Canada, aimed at advancing housing outcomes for people in Canada. Today, Adrienne leads a series of innovation labs aimed at scaling the impact of Canada’s community housing sector through advancing partnerships, collaboration, and new delivery models. Adrienne holds a B.A. in Urban Systems from McGill University and an M.Des. in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University. Adrienne is an award-winning member of the Association of Professional Futurists.
