Amanda Ryan is Senior Manager of Community and Tenant Support at Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCHC), bringing more than 25 years of experience in community development, social services, housing, and frontline support in Ottawa. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with tenants, community partners, and cross-functional teams to understand complex community needs that result in co-created practical, coordinated responses. Amanda brings a strong community and tenant lens to organizational decision-making, drawing on frontline knowledge, partnerships, and data to understand local conditions and identify opportunities for collective action. She is passionate about building healthier, safer, and more inclusive communities, and creating systems that connect people, information, and resources around the needs of tenants and the communities they call home.
