Andrea Adams is the Executive Director of St. Clare’s Housing, a social justice landlord and developer working in active partnerships to create sustainable, safe, and affordable housing solutions in Toronto. Andrea has guided St. Clare’s portfolio of 947 apartments across 8 buildings toward an operating model that uses a skilled, in-house approach to low cost, high quality operations and maintenance practices that are responsive to the needs of its tenants, and ensure healthy, viable housing in perpetuity. In addition to developing its own housing, St. Clare’s has been active in assisting other community groups achieve their housing and community-building goals.
