A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Andrew brings a hands-on approach to digital innovation, building Microsoft Power Platform applications that replace manual processes with practical, data-driven tools. He is passionate about empowering frontline teams and showing how accessible technology and AI can make social housing operations more proactive and responsive.
