Catherine Chambers is a social researcher, educator, and the Managing Director of Let’s Make It. She began her career in social services, holding a variety of roles before transitioning into the field of workplace learning. With extensive experience across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean, Catherine brings a global perspective to her work in education and organizational development.

She holds two graduate degrees in education (Master of Teaching and Master of Adult Education) from the University of Toronto, where she is currently completing her PhD. Catherine’s work is grounded in a deep commitment to social impact, lifelong learning, and innovative approaches to capacity building and social prescribing.
