Chelsea Combot is Red River Métis from St. Eustache, Manitoba. She joined OAHS in 2023 as Director of Policy and recently moved into the role of Senior Director of Policy and Stakeholder Relations, bringing over a decade of experience influencing public policy in Ontario. Under Chelsea’s leadership, OAHS released the 2025 OUR Framework, documenting the voices of more than 600 participants who shared their vision for thriving urban Indigenous housing across the province. Chelsea has previously served as a Board Member for the National Indigenous Collaborative Housing Inc. (NICHI) and is currently on the Board of the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association (CHRA).
