Dr. Reham Abdelhalim is an accomplished researcher, evaluator, and health system planner & strategist, currently serving as Manager of Population Health and Evaluation for the Burlington Ontario Health Team. Reham’s dedication to improving healthcare systems led her to pursue a PHD in evaluation of complex health interventions from Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto. Grounded in systems thinking, Reham believes in building trust among stakeholders to transform healthcare and bases her approaches on lived experiences and evidence-driven methods.
