Emmy Kelly is Chief Executive Officer at Blue Door, where she has led the rapid expansion of housing and support services for individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. With over 20 years of experience in poverty alleviation and nonprofit leadership in Canada and abroad, Emmy is known for turning bold ideas into sustainable, scalable strategies. She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and is the founder of Construct, a trades-based employment social enterprise now operating across York, Durham, and Peel Regions. Emmy also holds a CIHCM Housing designation, mentors at the University of Toronto’s School of Cities, and serves on the boards of the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association and the Daily Bread Food Bank.
