Fred retired in the summer of 2021 after a long career in community development, housing, finance and education. His last gig was with ONPHA where as an Education and Research Advisor he was responsible for the development and delivery of a number of education products including; Housing Finance, Ready Set (Re)Build and Supportive Housing Core Competencies. He currently keeps himself busy and out of trouble by volunteering at St Jude Community Homes, where he is the Board Chair, and continuing his efforts to master the banjo.
