Ginger Teoh, BSc, is a seasoned social services and housing professional with over 25 years of progressive experience across mental health, homelessness prevention, subsidized housing, and community based service delivery. She currently serves as Director, Tenant and Housing Services at DRNPHC, where she provides strategic and operational leadership for housing programs that support diverse and complex populations.

Throughout her career, Ginger has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving housing stability and tenant outcomes through client-centered, trauma informed, and solution focused approaches. Her expertise spans affordable and supportive housing operations, prevention, rent supplement programs, crisis intervention, and compliance with provincial legislation including the Residential Tenancy Act, Health and Safety standards, and accessibility requirements. She has overseen the maintenance and safety compliance of more than 300 subsidized housing units and has extensive experience managing vacancies, coordinating unit inspections, and representing programs before the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Ginger brings significant leadership experience, having supervised multidisciplinary teams, managed day to day operations, overseen program budgets, and developed financial projections for funding bodies. She has also led fundraising initiatives and delivered reports and presentations to senior leadership and boards of directors. Her collaborative approach has enabled her to build strong partnerships with regional housing services, private developers, landlords, and community agencies.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trent University and has completed extensive professional development in leadership, LEAN methodology, suicide intervention, crisis response, and harm reduction. Recognized for her integrity, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of community systems, Ginger remains committed to advancing equitable, safe, and sustainable housing solutions.
