Graham Cubitt is the President of Flourish, a non-profit development services company supporting affordable and social-purpose real estate projects. As the Director of Projects & Development with Indwell from 2008, Graham led numerous affordable and supportive housing projects. Graham was fundamental in Indwells significant expansion and successful growth over the past decade, tackling the challenge of homelessness across southwestern Ontario through building over 1,300 units of supportive housing. This experience led to the launch of Flourish, deploying Indwells experience through numerous non-profit and municipal allies. Graham is experienced with all elements of housing development including program and financial modeling, planning processes, and building design and construction. A Canadian leader in multi-residential Passive House developments, Graham holds a BA in History from Redeemer University where he was inducted as the first alumni of distinction for his efforts in community development. Graham shares life and adventures with partner Emma and springer spaniel Flora.
