Hans is the President and founder of Haerko Inc., a consulting and project management firm that supports non-profit housing organizations. Haerko’s mission is to help develop new housing capacity and strengthen the sustainability of existing non-profit housing organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in municipal and industrial sectors, Hans has overseen large housing portfolios and advanced initiatives in asset management, procurement, sustainability, and renewal planning. His leadership has been pivotal in creating master plans and strategies that guide housing organizations toward long-term success. Outside of work, Hans enjoys sports, the outdoors, and family time.
