Jamie has been involved in municipal politics for the past 40 years. Currently he is The Mayor of the Town of Parry Sound, Chair of the Ontario Small Urban Municipalities, AMO Board Member and Past President, President of Parry Sound Non Profit Housing, Board Member of Parry Sound District Social Services and Board Member of the North Bay Parry Sound Public Health Board. In his roll as President of a non for profit housing organization he helped lead the charge to build new affordable housing units in Parry Sound.
