Jody DeGagne is the General Manager, Housing and Homelessness Services and the General Manager, Housing York Inc. with the Regional Municipality of York. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in municipal and human services sectors. Jody oversees Housing York Inc., the Region’s housing corporation, owning and operating more than 3,200 units for families, seniors, and individual. She is also responsible for the funding and administration of 42 non-profit and co-operative housing providers, runs an active development program expanding the supply for community housing, and leads the Region’s homelessness response.
