Justin Ryan is the Director of Property Management Operations at Homes First, where he has experience overseeing more than 17 properties ranging from low-rise to high-rise buildings, as well as seven 24-hour emergency shelters, and multiple respite and hotel shelter programs across the City of Toronto. With over 30 years of experience in property development and management, including 15 years with Homes First, Justin has built a proven track record of reducing operating costs, improving maintenance programs, and fostering healthier environments for both residents and staff. His leadership in managing complex resident needs, combined with expertise in design and development, has consistently delivered safer and more sustainable housing environments.

Justin brings extensive experience across both shelter and housing program models, as well as deep expertise in facilities management for both owned and non-owned properties, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and long-term asset sustainability.
