Myra Pennington is the Chief Operating Officer of Affordable360, a federally funded CMHC initiative that accelerates affordable housing development through training, advisory services, and innovative technology tools. She leads projects with non-profits, municipalities, and faith-based organizations to unlock scalable solutions for housing. With a background in Community Design, Sustainability, and GIS from Dalhousie University and early experience in the private sector as a GIS Project Coordinator, Myra combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to bridge data, planning, and community needs in support of more equitable housing opportunities.
