Noah Slater is Toronto Community Housing’s (TCHC) Vice President, Facilities Management. He leads the repair and renewal of Canada’s largest social housing portfolio. A licensed architect with more than two decades of experience, Noah has overseen more than $1.8 billion in capital planning and repairs for TCHC, including $380 million scheduled for 2025.

With Toronto facing an urgent housing crisis, Noah’s Facilities Management team works to maintain and renew TCHC’s aging infrastructure. This ensures tenants continue to have access to safe, well-maintained, affordable housing now and into the future. His focus on repairs and retrofits helps TCHC and the City preserve existing affordable homes while also supporting ongoing efforts to build new ones.
