Pulling together concepts from the healthcare sector, Nolan employs a tenant centric model, focused on transparency, collaboration, accountability, and responsiveness. Nolan is a Change Management Professional (Prosci) and CPA, spending a number of years in management consulting before joining the Public Sector.
