Renu Tahlan is our VP of Strategy &Sales at GNI Management Group Inc. and General Manager of the company’s acquired businesses in Quebec, Manitoba and Minnesota. She has spent nine years with Great Northern Insulation, GNI’s Ontario brand, where she oversees sales, operations and production across seven branches.

Her background combines building science with large-scale program delivery. Renu has led GNI’s role in Ontario’s major income-qualified and incentive programs, including Enbridge Weatherization, the Home Assistance Program and GreenON Rebates, and most recently helped launch the attic stream of the Home Renovation Savings program, where GNI is a participating contractor. She has also advised public and private partners on building envelope performance, using thermal imaging and energy modelling to connect diagnosis to retrofit solutions.

Renu holds a MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Masters degree in Environment & Sustainability (MES) with Western University.
