Sandy Stemp is the Chief Operations Officer of Reena and has worked in the developmental disabilities field for over 30 years.

Her interest is in the intersection of health, disability and housing. She believes strongly that partnerships and collaboration are the key to solving complex problems. Sandy has been involved in projects related to dual diagnosis – mental health and developmental disability for over 20 years.

Recently, Sandy has been involved in the “Dual Diagnosis Alternative Level of Care Project” in partnership with CAMH. This involved customizing housing to meet the needs of those who have had significant challenges moving from hospital to a home in the community.
