Sandy Stemp (Pronouns: she/her) is the Chief Operations Officer of Reena and has worked in the developmental disabilities field for over 35 years, including 23 years in senior leadership. With a nursing degree and experience in the health sector, she brings a strong understanding of health, aging, and the evolving support needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.

A passionate advocate for the developmental disability population, Sandy has led Reena through significant organizational growth and change. In her current role, she provides strategic oversight of daily operations and holds final responsibility for all program services.

Sandy brings extensive practical experience in developing and operationalizing inclusive housing solutions for people with developmental disabilities and complex support needs, including aging in place. She has provided leadership in the operational planning and implementation of two large-scale, multi-level residential buildings, as well as the ongoing planning of a third, collaborating with multiple partners to develop sustainable housing and support models.
