Shane Bourne is the Senior Revitalization Engagement Manager for 6 of TCHC’s revitalization communities. Shane has extensive experience in developing and implementing community engagement practices to ensure the community’s voice is heard and reflected within official planning processes. Through Shane’s 10 years of supporting TCHC communities, his background in community safety, supporting vulnerable populations, case management, stakeholder relations, socioeconomic development, and community engagement has enabled him to play a vital role in fostering vibrant communities. In addition to his work with TCHC, Shane serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for My Neighbourhood Services, a non-profit organization that provides settlement and a diverse range of community support services.
