Since 2014, Stéphane has secured $1.1 billion in investments to support housing development and capital renewal. He oversees a $4.2 billion real estate portfolio, with over 1,500 employees and contractors serving 34,000 residents in 16,500 homes. A recognized leader in affordable housing, governance, and both public and private sector business administration, Stéphane serves on several boards, including the University of Ottawa and Housing Investment Corporation, and holds executive education credentials from Queen’s, McGill, and Harvard.
