In seven years at Reena, Tony has helped bring supportive housing projects from development to operational readiness. He makes sure the needs of future residents, and the people who support them, shape how each building is designed and delivered. As lead partner contact within Reena’s Intentional Community model, he develops the partnership agreements, supportive housing leases and service frameworks that hold those relationships together. He contributed to the 79-unit Lou Fruitman Reena Residence and is now doing the same for the 111-unit Frankfort Family Reena Residence. His experience as a family caregiver keeps residents at the centre of his work.
