With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Tracy is recognized for driving organizational transformation, advancing housing development, strengthening operations and building effective partnerships with government, community and sector leaders. Her expertise spans capital planning, development, procurement, governance and large-scale change management. Prior to joining DRNPHC, Tracy held senior leadership roles in the post-secondary, nuclear and automotive sectors. She is passionate about practical, innovative solutions that strengthen communities and expand housing opportunities.
