Wellington Holbrook is President and CEO of Vancity, Canada’s largest community credit union. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, he has held senior leadership roles at connectFirst Credit Union, ATB Financial, and the Business Development Bank of Canada. Since joining Vancity, Wellington has led the organization through a period of transformation while advancing its commitment to resilient, inclusive, and sustainable communities. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values and as a Board Director of Central 1. Wellington holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Oxford University.
