Yves Cheung is Chief Development Officer at Toronto Community Housing (TCHC), leading revitalizations in Regent Park, Alexandra Park and Lawrence Heights. He is helping TCHC expand its role as a city builder, partnering with developers to create affordable, mixed-income and sustainable communities across Toronto. With more than 15 years in real estate, Yves brings experience from both the public and private sectors. Before joining TCHC, he advanced Toronto’s first Housing Now project to construction, supported the Canary Landing mixed-income community and led development of Ten York, a smart, sustainable residential tower. He specializes in partnerships, financing and urban development.
