Closing in on 9 years of affordable housing experience, Zachary Bastien is a Senior Manager, Projects at Haerko Inc. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and holds an MBA from the University of Windsor. He has supported affordable housing providers in developing and executing regeneration master plans; maintaining existing assets, implementing deep energy retrofits, developing new housing, and securing capital funding. Whether through asset management consulting or project delivery, Zachary is committed to creating lasting positive impacts for both housing providers and tenants. In his free time, he enjoys staying spending time with reading, playing volleyball and hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
