No, conference registrations are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. The ability to transfer registration passes is now closed. To transfer your pass, please arrive at the ONPHA registration desk to indicate who you will be replacing.

If payment has already been made, it will be transferred to the new registrant’s record. The original ticket holder must arrange with the transferee to receive the payment.

If the original registration has not been paid by the time of transfer, a revised invoice will be sent to the new registrant and payment is due immediately.
