No, conference registrations are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. To transfer your pass, please let us know at conference@onpha.org. 

If your registration was transferred to you then you should be updated in our system and already receiving conference communication. If this is last minute or you are not receiving email communications, go to the ONPHA registration desk and indicate who you are replacing. 

If payment has already been made, it will be transferred to the new registrant’s record. The original ticket holder must arrange with the transferee to receive payment. If the original registration has not been paid, please visit the ONPHA Booth on site to provide payment by credit card.
