Catharine Vandelinde leads Options Housing in Ottawa, where the work is preventing and ending homelessness through permanent housing and supports. Earlier, at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, she worked to implement Housing First across the country. She’s active across the broader housing sector and serves as Chair of ONPHA.
