Community housing providers know that helping people thrive requires strong partnerships, tenant supports, and the resources to operate homes well over the long term. 

This plenary explores what happens when we treat housing as essential infrastructure. Leaders from healthcare, community housing, and social services will discuss how we can build a more connected system where responsibility is shared, supports are coordinated, and sustainable operating funding helps housing succeed.
