Mark Poste is the Managing Director – Business Solutions Division at Housing Services Corporation (HSC), where he leads business development, consulting services, technical services, strategic partnerships, and sector innovation initiatives. With more than 18 years of experience in municipal and community housing, Mark has served as a municipal Director of Housing, non-profit housing executive, board member, and sector advisor. He works with service managers, housing providers, and government partners across Ontario to advance asset management, capital planning, housing sustainability, and sector capacity-building initiatives.
